Do you know what vitamin supplement this is?
I was flipping through the pages of a magazine and saw a page advertising a vitamin targeted to vegetarians. The magazines were left at a condo we rent out by some of the latest renters. I meant to bring them home but that didn’t happen so now I am in this situation. Two of the magazines were titled “Vegetarian Times” and I’m not exactly sure of the other ones name, possibly “Veg News”. Moving on the advertisement was an assortment of colors with purple taking over the main spotlight. It showed the bottle of pills in the middle and around it it showed nutrient comparisons. Such as …

I don’t blame you for wanting a multi. Most people don’t get all the vitamins they require from the foods they consume. It would be ideal of course, but for some of us, a supplement is a good option.
I actually take my kids’ vitamins. I buy them Yelets, which are formulated for teens. But they provide me with what I need and it makes it easier so that I don’t have to buy separate vitamins. They are also veg friendly.
